Then

We lived a few subway stops away from Molly and Kevin at the time. We had ideas of what we wanted to build. They acknowledged these ideas and gave them a sense of place. Interested in broadening their residential experience, they agreed to work with us on a freelance basis. Together we carefully considered the way we wanted to live, work from home, and play with our growing family. Every inch of the interior space—and our desire to bring the outdoors in—was maximized to reflect this.
